We can arrange collection from your home or office and complete detailed packing inventory with you. I would like to take opportunity to confirm that we are able to weigh and measure your boxes or suitcases at your residence and confirm that exact price to you for airfreighting your personal effects at time of collection.

We will then arrange transfer of your personal effects to the airline depot, complete export customs paperwork / airline documentation and despatch of your shipment to airport of destination.

At destination you will have to go to the airlines depot, identify yourself and quote airway number (we will supply you with this tracking number). You will then be directed to airport cargo customs office, where you will need to complete an unaccompanied customs baggage form. The customs officer in charge will then issue you with a customs release form and direct you back to the airlines depot where you can collect your luggage on payment of an airline handling (this is charge for unloading your baggage from the aircraft and handing it out to you). We can usually give you an indication of how much this charge will be.

Please note that in certain circumstances the customs officer in charge may wish to examine your shipment, if this happens you may be delayed or have to return the next day to collect your shipment after customs examination has taken place.

We offer a worldwide airfreight service and can offer you an airfreight service to all the main airports of the world that have an approved customs facility.

Transit time is generally four days.
