DA 304 and P.I.160

Origional/copy passport including page with date of entry in South Africa.

Detailed packing inventory of the goods.

Permanent residence documents or

Temporary residence permit and work permit.

Remark:

Our destination agent will supply you with the above mentioned customs forms. Owner of the shipment must be in South Africa before customs clearance can take place though not necessarily for baggage shipments. Returning residence must have been out of South Africa for an unbroken period of at least 6 months.
